We provide both no- and low-cost training through our UpSkill Employment Training
Services in a variety of key areas for business success, including development of
employability skills, safety training, computer proficiency, and industry-specific

About the Employment Training Panel (ETP)
The Employment Training Panel (ETP) is a state agency that reimburses employers for
the cost of customized job skills training. RCCD, as a Multiple Employer Contractor
(MEC), will deliver training programs designed to meet the specific needs of both
small businesses and large corporations across the region.
RCCD can customize training to individual employers’ needs, addressing essential workforce
skills through topics that include:
