Projectis dedicated to transforming the region’s workforce and expanding opportunities for

About the Grant
The Building Access and Opportunity in Inland Southern California’s Apprenticeship System Project aims to revolutionize the regional apprenticeship landscape by:

- Increasing Apprenticeship Capacity: Developing more programs to meet the growing demand for skilled workers.
- Expanding Programs: Diversifying and scaling apprenticeship opportunities across new and emerging industries.
- Leadership Development: Investing in the training and growth of apprenticeship management and personnel.
- Diverse Employer Engagement: Bringing a wider range of industries and employers into the apprenticeship ecosystem.
- Serving Underrepresented Populations: Creating pathways for those traditionally underrepresented in apprenticeships.
- Integration with Higher Education: Establishing apprenticeship as a cornerstone of the region’s educational offerings.

LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network: A Key Partner
LAUNCH will form a multi-partner network capable of serving as a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) sponsor and as an intermediary connector of regional program sponsors with the primary focus of supporting industry’s needs for creating and expanding

- Form a Multi-Partner Network: Serve as a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) sponsor and an intermediary to connect regional program sponsors, focusing on industry needs.
- Expand Apprenticeship Programs: Broaden the scope of apprenticeships available in the Inland Empire.
- Develop Public Sector Opportunities: Work on creating and growing apprenticeship opportunities within public sector roles.
- Support Youth Pathways: Invest in large-scale efforts to create pathways for youth to enter apprenticeship programs.
